Our mission
We help minority groups, people with disabilities, and people facing stereotypes break free from limiting expectations. We do it through career development, access to resources, and faith-based encouragement rooted in Christian values.
Why we exist
No one should be defined by a label. We walk with people as they build skills, find work, and live with purpose and confidence.
Our purpose
We want a world where every person, regardless of race, ability, or background, has a real chance to reach their full potential, and is judged by character and ability, not expectations.
Our long-term vision
Over time, we hope to expand support for people with disabilities, including access to quality housing, care, and opportunities for independence.

Prince Flye – Founder & Visionary Leader of F.A.T.E.
Prince Flye is a purpose-driven leader, passionate mentor, and the visionary founder behind Fighting Against The Expectation (F.A.T.E.). His life’s mission is centered on breaking down the barriers of discrimination, doubt, and societal limitations that too often define the lives of minorities, individuals with disabilities, and those who have been unfairly stereotyped.
Motivated by his own lived experiences and a strong foundation of faith, Prince established F.A.T.E. as a beacon of hope for individuals striving to reclaim their identity, rediscover their purpose, and rise above the expectations imposed on them. Through his leadership, the organization has become a platform for growth, empowerment, and transformation—grounded in Christian values and driven by compassion.
Prince's vision for F.A.T.E. goes far beyond career support; it is about restoring confidence, building resilience, and creating community. Under his guidance, the organization offers career development programs, job readiness training, faith-based mentorship, and social support that helps individuals not only survive—but thrive.
